Hanson Farm Road off of Route 3. My husband and I did this hike early in the morning. We are in our 50s and not in super shape, but we hike and bike frequently. This hike was difficult! It was easy to the lower falls...More

Firstly, it's not easy to find. Waze couldn't locate it all; google maps left us on the side of the highway! Suggestion: type in Hanson Farm Road and you'll get to it. When you turn off Route 3 onto that small road go till the...More

As there ist no "Trail Head"-sign, its a hidden gem. The parking lot is behind a residential area near the highway. The first part is an easy walk, but the hike is getting steeper on the way. To reach the Georgiana Falls you need to...More

This was such a fun hike. Finished Indian Head ate lunch and then headed to the Falls. I loved it. A good hike with rocks and just enough incline to make you work a little. Nothing matters once you swim under the falls. I could...More

This was one of our favorite hikes in the area. It is in a residential area and you go underneath the highways, but after that is is very beautiful. Follows the water to multiple step waterfalls. Highly recommended for those looking for a shorter hike.

We enjoyed the falls so much. We parked and walked to the trail. It is marked. The hike to the lower falls was not difficult at all. To get the most out of your hike I would recommend hiking to the upper falls. This is...More

Great hike. It was not difficult and the trailhead was easy to find. The trail is mostly well-marked with red blazes - you do have to look closely - there was only one spot on the way down that we had to back-track. The waterfalls...More

The hike in to the lower falls is pretty easy and it is pretty, the real payoff is the upper falls. The trail to the upper falls isn't well marked but you can figure it out. It is a more difficult climb but well worth...More

The beginning of the trail is fairly easy, but the trail has many roots and rocks as you get half way to the falls. I would say that any child over 6 should not have any problems.

We did hike to the lower falls during our winter stay. I would bring ice cleats just in case to make the walk easier.

No - this is not possible with a mobility scooter. The terrain is too rough.
