The museum recently moved to the Center of Keene and opened a week ago. They have expanded their offerings in the new space.

We visited the Cheshire Children's Museum with family and friends. There is a cost to get in for adults and children. Plan to spend as much time as you can to get your money's worth. It is not a large museum, but there were many different themed areas for the children to explore. Some areas to explore and play at... More

Maybe it's because I'm from a "big city" (St. Louis, MO) that has world class museums, but I thought this place was a waste of money. The few "exhibits" are more like areas of a kindergarten classroom. The museum kept my friend's 5 year old busy for an hour. Go to a playground instead!

Wished I was a child again! As a grandparent it is one of my favorite places to bring my off spring. They live out of town and it is fun to go look, listen and feel.

Easy to get to, great outing for kids! Reasonably priced, and there are a few other things in the Colony Mill you can spend time at.
