We visited the COOP (nothing purchased, branded t-shirts with logos cost too much). Walked along the main... More

Dartmouth College Campus is beautiful, and worth a couple of hours looking around. We especially enjoyed the library where they served tea. I could have happily spent several days in there. The orchid conservatory was also well worth a visit.

We toured the school and met with athletic coaches. It is really a wonderful place. It was really good that we had the chance to eat in the school dining facility.

Dartmouth College is one of the US's top universities. If you were to define the perfect college campus, this would be it except for the lack of a city nearby or good transportation to/from Hanover. There is always something interesting going on a Dartmouth. Be it a concert, play, film, dance production, sporting event, cultural celebration or lecture, you can always find something to do. There are many good restaurants close by, too. The only challenge is finding a parking place.

We go almost weekly to cultural events at the Hopkins. Each has been good; most terrific. Well worth a trip whether you are interested in the college or not.
