Raft NH specializes in summertime whitewater rafting adventures. With trips ranging from family-friendly class II to wild class IV there is a trip for everyone! All of our rafting adventures are all inclusive and include: safety gear, an experience guide(s), transportation to and from the river from our convenient raft base in Gorham, a light riverside snack and lunch! No experience necessary, ages 6+ welcome, reservation required. Be sure to ask about our "Paws & Paddles" package which combines a daytime whitewater rafting experience and evening rolling dog sledding adventure all into one adventure packed day. Proceeds generated from our summertime adventures help provide for the 100+ amazing sled dogs that call us home (many of which are rescue and second chance).

Came here for a group trip and I was thoroughly intimidated as someone who doesn't do too many outdoor activities. Our guide was Wes, and he was beyond professional and patient with a newcomer like myself. I officially enjoy rafting now thanks to this place,...More

Wes was the best guide and had a boat full of smiles even after an unplanned flip on the last rapid of the day. Can't wait to go back!

Went rafting for the first time with friends. It was an amazing time. Highly recommend it. Try to get Wes for your guide. He tries to hit all the big rapids.

First of all, as others mentioned, there is a lot of downtime. The email says 1:30-5:30 for the Pontook Dam afternoon departure. The 30 minutes ahead of bus departure (to 'get your gear' is the start. Then the 30-40 minutes on the bus (they call...More
