The Reno Air Races are a very unique event. Many classes of aircraft racing in multiple different heat races. Static displays of military aircraft. Plenty of food and vendors. Well worth the money is the Checkered Flag Club, catered continental breakfast, lunch, and open bar...More

Have attended for a number of years. Enjoy viewing the large variety of planes up close. Can even enter some of them. The races are exciting to watch as pilots show off their flying skills.

I is cool but it is out in the middle of the desert hot and everything even the bottle water is way over priced.

I enjoyed the air races. I had heard about them prior to my temporary detail stint at LTBMU. It was a nice repast.
