Nice walk. Beautiful views. The water was freezing but that didn’t stop people from swimming and rafting in it. Wasn’t too overcrowded and there were restaurants along the path

You can enjoy walking to very good restaurants, as well as quiet time walking on the sidewalk along the Truckee River. On Fridays in the summer, there are Food Truck Fridays that is easy to walk to from along the river. There are 30 excellent...More

A nice walking experience. Safe and beautiful. Could have used more bathrooms along the way. Good healthy way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Lots of places to lunch, and grab a drink.

I was not terribly impressed. Reno seems to have seen better days and one canm only imagine that there are substantial financial cutbacks which undermine the maintenance of the riverwalk area.

Walked from the El Dorado down to the River Walk and walked along the river. Stopped at a tap house and enjoyed a beer and then continued the walk. Very easy walk and loved being on the river.

It's kind of nice to be able to walk along a little river with a few class 1 rapids here and there running through downtown, but it's hemmed in by 12 foot flood walls and there's nothing particularly notable about it. There are some city...More

Outdoor beauty with the river flowing and large pines. Enjoy the rapids and wind as it blows thru the pines. It's a beautiful walk with very friendly people along the walkway.

My wife and I really enjoyed our walk along the Truckee River here in Reno during the first week of April! This was our first visit to Reno, and we were surprised how high the water level reached...Wow! Gorgeous!
