I came an hour into the blackjack tournament and apparently during a shift change. There was no one at the rewards desk, and the cash cage attendant who made my rewards card completely mangled my name even while looking at my ID. I came back later and got my rewards card matched to my MGM status at least so that was nice. The blackjack tables were an issue though - all the 3:2 blackjack tables were taken by the tournament except for one. Even though they had plenty of $5 min bet tables, most were 6:5 blackjack which no one should ever play. The one 3:2 table had a CSM which I also hate playing with, so I limited my time at the table. I handed over my rewards card when cashing in, and didn't get rated for nearly 15 minutes. I complained to the pit boss later and got some back rated time at the table at least, which was nice. I'll be returning here, but I hope to have a more consistent experience next time with less frustration.

Used to be downtown was where you went for low limits, but that has pretty much vanished these days. They still have a live $5 craps table here. I usually have a roundabout way of getting here since the Fremont remodeled their food court I hit the steak and shake deal then walk across the street to the casino

Only place we found that did backjack table for $1 (normally $10min)...however, there is only 1 table that provides this and you'll have to wait your turn - which can take ages...my advice is to just go anywhere else for backjack and pay the $10 bet so you can get your game...it's fairly basic casino tbh!

Check in was super easy we were upgraded to the newer tower in the hotel. We had a three day booking, after the first day in the Hotel we noticed there were a lot of gnats in our bathroom and in the room itself. Upon the morning of day two I went down to the front desk to alert them of the bugs in the room they made a note to housekeeping. When returning to our room later in the day the gnats were still in the room, it was obvious that housekeeping had came in a serviced the room. We waited for the next morning because pesticides aren’t instant upon waking there were still gnats. Upon checkout we notified the front desk again about the bugs on the room and told them I think the bugs are coming out of the sink, there response was to let housekeeping know. Yes I have photos and videos but your website won’t allow me to upload those they’re telling me my screenshot is too big of a photo .

Stayed for 2 nights, and it was more than expected, everyone was so polite and the room was clean. Was close to Freemont Street so a bit noisy to sleep but hey we're in Vegas the city that never sleeps!
So regardless we slept and the Freedom Beat had some great food. The pool party was awesome!

The one dollar blackjack is only at one actual table. The rest is video. All the employees I encountered were very rude except the waitresses. Parking garage was filled with drugged up homeless people and smells like piss.

What I did not enjoy was their method of billing and crediting. Charge me for the room and be done with it. The Front Desk lady, April, was OUTSTANDING, kind, helpful and knew her stuff. She is a credit to their organization.

Comedy club open now! First show we've seen in 7 and a half months! They had everybody social distanced and wearing masks.

This Casino/Hotel was once the old Lady Luck built in 1964. It has since gone through a whole new renovation in 2012. Everything on the Casino floor looks and feels new, they've kept a retro look which is nice. Pool area is really nice it overlooks Fremont and always has music and cocktail waitresses. Rooms are also nice, they're clean and safe. I like that this property is off the Fremont Street so it's a little more quiet, but not even a block away walking distance.
