I made a huge mistake by thinking this hotel is better than the Bellagio or the Hilton world resort! Checked in, walked into a dirty room, made multiple calls to try and get someone to come take a look at the room, after about 45 mins later the house keeping manager for the 38th floor showed up and took pics of the dirty room. She said someone will contact you from the front desk to change your room and bring a mini refrigerator like we requested. Five hours later no one called us from the front desk. Before the housekeeping manager left I told her no one would call, just you watch. I called 5-7 different times before she came to our room to investigate our complaints- pill on the floor, bed was half made, layer of dust on nightstand and headboard and a wet rag on the other nightstand . She took pics of this and said she agreed that the room wasn't fully cleaned. We left and went out, came back 5 hours later, still no call to switch our room or the mini refrigerator. I called back again- after about half hour later on hold and being switched to the "right person" I spoke with Sebastian who assured me that he will have the fridge sent up here in 15-20 mins. Here I'm writing this 5 hours later and still no mini refrigerator came into our room. They said they'll comp. one night for this- walking into a dirty room. Would I stay here again? Highly unlikely. Spend your money elsewhere where they would give you the one of day and value your patronage. Expected more from here, sadly super disappointed. Oh, did I mention after they " cleaned" our room again we opened the closet to find yet another pill/ capsule on the floor and someone's hairclip at the side of the bed?!

Here's an update after going to the front desk to review charges for my room- THEY DID NOT & WILL NOT COMP. OUR ROOM for 1 night as promised!!! They said oh, we'll comp you for the resort fee! Utterly unbelievable! And Sebastian who I spoke with earlier was not here. I asked how can I escalate this, I was told you can, but we will not comp. a room for you, even though two of their employees told us this!

Lack of accommodations and ADA requirements at the Palazzo

Palazzo was terrible. They do not accommodate those with disabilities such as asking for extra pillows for one who has a bad spine and medical issues. There is no accommodation for those with CELIAC and they do not have a gluten-free menu. They also do not give a small mini-fridge for medical conditions which is ridiculous. They want to charge for a tiny one but they do not accommodate for food when you have a serious medical condition. They also refused to give extra pillows leaving us in pain. I have traveled all around the globe and never experienced such a bad hotel.

A bit of Italy

The rooms were gorgeous. Every room is a suite, with a step down living room and television. We had 2 queen beds in the sleeping area. The bathroom was large with lovely amenities, shampoo, blow dryer, etc. It had a shower and a tub, double sink, and a television.
There are several pools and hot tubs. There were plenty of chaise lounges chairs and towels available. There is also a restaurant there as well as bar service. Most of the pools have lifeguards.

Love The Palazzo Las Vegas
My family and I love The Palazzo Las Vegas.
Access in and out is great. I don't like hotels that have lobby and guests elevators far from each other.
Great location on the strip. There is a Walgreens on the side of the hotel which is very convenient.
There's many restaurants and shops to choose from.
Definitely recommend for family because of the standard suites size. A lot more room for the kids.

Lunch stop a winner

Great Italian food. Stopped for lunch and it was perfect. Glass of wine and a proper portion of spaghetti.

Unless you pay extra don't seem to get what you booked

Awful check in process I booked in January for my wedding and honeymoon. When arrived on my first night I was advised they had over booked one my king room so I would have to have a twin room. I had booked for my wedding and honey moon so didn't really want a twin which they new in advance The only way I could have my original booking was if I paid an additional $80 per night for a room with a view exactly the same as the one I booked or $300 for a grand king. As I declined paying extra for the same room I had already spent alot of money on they moved me to the vinetian rooms which are more dated than the pallazo. Also when I booked this as a package I paid extra £120 pp to stay at Palazzo rather than vinetian. It just seemed like all they want is more money. Terrible start to my wedding. I am glad I decided to book an outside venue as was initially going to get married here if they can't book the rooms right they probably would have messed that up too.
The positives the casino and hotel are very clean and place does look amazing. It's just been a terrible experience with rooms if you don't wish to pay extra. don't seem to get what you booked. I have even contemplated moving hotel and trying to re charge the travel agent who can have it out with the hotel directly.
The rest of vegas has been amazing

Venetian/Palazzo Are The Best

We think the Venetian and Palazzo hotels are the best in Vegas. The are absolutely beautiful, pretty/spacious rooms, facilities are well kept and cleaned and they have wonderful restaurants and connected shopping indoors.

"Fun in the clean and relaxing casinos!"

We were staying at the Palazzo Resort celebrating anniversary #53 and in the evenings or during the day we would stop by the Casino and have some funs with the slot machines.
The Resort is fabulous and they spoiled us rotten since it was our anniversary by giving us an upgrade from a King Suite to a Premium King Suite that was simply out of this world!!!
We found the casino to be clean and sanitized after someone would play at any of the slots. We saw cleaning ladies wiping down the surfaces of the machines and the seats between each customer. Masks were worn by everyone!
If you like to play the slot machines, believe me, there are plenty to choose from!
The various bar areas within the Resort were busy and the drink we received were refreshing!
We were amazed by the different and gorgeous chandeliers and the overhead painted frescos were breath-taking!
