Some bargains to be had. Basically prices are cheaper for two reasons. The outlet is in the middle of the desert (i.e. Nevada) so rent and rates on their premises and low and less cost to pass on to customers. The second reason is that some items (not all) are "last seasons".
To get even cheaper prices, provide your email address when paying for extra discount (you can always unsubscribe from their mails or give a fake one if you don't won't the mail).
Also go into Simon Guest Services when you arrive and pick up a voucher booklet with discounts.
Military staff receive extra discounts too.
Don't forget that tax is added to the advertised price, just over 8% from memory.
