When you first walk in the door you feel excitement. My husband and I were greeted with a smile at check in and given a free upgrade! This was our second stay in 6 months at the hotel. It was so wonderful on the last...More

The hotel was decent - nice bathroom; comfy beds; and parking was very easy and reliable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room service (breakfast) was quick! Only disappointment was that Palms no longer has a poker room.

For a limited time only the palms is offering the only 24 hour buffet in Vegas! Can't beat this buffet with players card for under 10 bucks after 10pm!

The Palms has either tight penny machines or tight dollar machines. I saw no one winning, The Palms is small poorly laid out and is one of the worst casino's in Vegas. Why would anyone want to stay there if the casino is poor.

I was on a Mission to try out every Casino in Vegas and managed over 30, and gambled Roullette in each one, and this was a really nice casino.

The Palms is located off the strip. I went there for a business event. Considering what I paid their is what I usually pay at the Venetian I think they could offer more. Their internet was mindboggling slow. I will say that I was in...More

This is only getting 3 stars because of the billing hassle that was resolved; albeit with a $260 hold on my bank card. The hotel/casino is gorgeous. My SO and I took our littles (a family reunion of sorts, my mother, sister, and 2 brothers...More

I can't help you with that one. We don't play the slots. There are zillion slots. There is a 1800 number on their website. You could ask to speak to the redemption desk in slot area and ask them. If anyone can answer that it... More

We spent a lot of time in the slot area and I don't recall seeing a slot like that. Why not call the casino and ask? Have fun
