The worst casino I have ever been to. I got carded at 3 tables (the only person to be carded at these tables). It was straight up embarrassing. I will be looking into talking to someone from the gaming commission over this. I was the only black guy at each table, and while I was sitting down, I paid. They took my money before asking for my ID, and no one else received this type of response from the dealers. I have never been this embarrassed in my life. One dealer said that because I was standing at the table before sitting down, that she needed my ID. I calmly told her that I had never played 3 card poker before and the gentleman (a white male) standing right next to me,’whom was also just watching, was explaining the game to me. She instructed me to give her my ID, which I agreed to. Then she instructed me to take it out of my wallet, which I agreed to. I showed it to her, and she demanded that I place it on the table in a specific spot. It took me 2 attempts to get it in the correct spot for her, lol. I was just trying to understand what exactly was going at this point. She then proceeded to make me take my mask down, which I agreed to. After that, she had me take the hat of my sweatshirt down, which I also agreed to. I feel as if I was being strip searched. I am a guest at this hotel, and these dealers made me feel as if I was a criminal. They have my ruined my stay here in Las Vegas. I am not treated this way in Florida. I am a 38 yr old male. I am bald, and gray hairs are all over my beard. The only answer I got from the floor person was that they are allowed to card anyone that doesn’t look 30. That is the only explanation I received. Businesses should not be able to treat people in this manner, especially when said person is basically giving up their hard earned money. Please at least make me feel comfortable in your establishment. DO NOT STAY AT THE PLANET OF HOLLYWOOD in Las Vegas. I have a mixed family, Caucasian wife, and mixed kids. And this just showed me how truly evil this world really is. I never thought I would encounter this in this city though.

Stayed at Planet Hollywood for weekend getaway. Must say this is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in over a decade in Las Vegas. Room was loud, you could hear everyone in the hallways, and constant noise from the elevators. Service is non-existent! Housekeeping never cleaned our rooms during the 3 night stay. Called to service desk to complain and was on hold for 30 min with no one picking up so I gave up complaining. Place is old and falling apart. Wallpaper falling off the wall, carpet that is stained/discolored, closets with missing handles, window sill with clear indentation from water damage. Took a bath ONCE and the tub became clogged and had to wait 3 hours for water to drain. With so many other hotels on the strip - really no reason to stay here. Highly recommend avoiding this hotel. Never wanted to leave a Vegas hotel as fast as I did this Planet Hollywood Casino hotel.

The worst experience in Las Vegas I ever had.
Front desk people are rude and not professional. Thank you for ruining my birthday trip. Dirty old rooms needed renovation a long time ago (the room was $450 per night). Please keep away from this hotel if you want have amazing experience in Las Vegas

We stayed here for three nights Nov 24-27. We got there to check in and there was one person working behind the desk, it took over an hour and half to get checked in. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable but never once had our room cleaned or towels changed the whole three days. The wifi is not great either kicks you off all the time. They charge you $50 a night resort fee per room but yet we never got any amenities.
We will not stay here again ☹️

This is my first time staying in this hotel but I am a frequent visitor to Las Vegas. In terms of location the hotel is in a good position to be able to easily walk to hotels down either end of the strip. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by and the hotel is linked to the Miracle Mile shopping complex. The ease of getting from the strip/casino/shopping to your hotel room is great, which is a bonus as some hotels are like mazes. The car park is a 5 minute walk from the hotel through the shopping centre which is a pain.

The casino I personally don’t think is great, lots of high limit tables and everything feels quite cluttered together. We were on the 35th floor and had an OK view of the strip, the room is basic and comes equipped with a safe, hairdryer & iron, it also has a fridge you can utilise which is a bonus in Vegas. The shower is pitiful in terms of pressure and you can hear noise from the rooms next door. The hotel cleanliness isn’t great, there are glasses and bits of rubbish left in the hallway for days from room service, I also found an empty bottle of vodka in my room. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again but if your looking for something cheap in a good location I think this is your place.

Look… I get it’s Vegas. I’ve experienced enough not to expect much from these places. That being said, even when you book a room that is affordable there are still a few bare minimums you expect… least of them being that the room is clean.

Our room was anything but and I will definitely think twice about booking this place in the future.

If you see the pictures, the room could not have been fully cleaned. There was obvious gunk on the tiles in the bathroom next to the tub… I don’t want to begin to think about what it was but it was clear no one had attempted to clean the tiles. The floors in the bathroom had clearly not been swept or mopped either. None of the corners in the room had been vacuumed in, what looked like, a very long time and had layers of dust as well as an assortment of leftover presents from prior guests. Finally… the bed’s sheet was not covering the mattress. which, I’m hoping they change after every visitor but I don’t know if that can be assumed.

To add insult to injury they informed us on checkin that our room keys would serve as our way out of the parking lot. When attempting to use them the scanners didn’t work and required us to call them every single time to get out. They acted surprised every time except everyone we spoke to was having the same issue.

Nothing like feeling grossed out and meh about a night in Vegas.

Cleanliness was awful and when asked to have towels in our room we were rudely told that it wasn’t that persons job to help us. Wi-Fi didn’t work on the last night and customer service accused us of not contacting front desk (which we did multiple times) when we wrote a review. Highly don’t recommend unless you want to find other people’s hair in your bathroom sink.

Stay far away! I’ve been to Las Vegas a dozen times and after staying in this hotel, I won’t ever come back. We were charged an early fee $29 to get into our room only 2 hours early. Walk in and it wasn’t the room we requested🤷🏼‍♀️ it took over an hour to get it right and still paid the early fee. Housekeeping was the absolute worst. Several days of constantly requesting housekeeping. Please just empty the trash and provide clean towels at the minimum!!!. Vents filled with dust. The pool area was disgusting - I’m sooo disappointed. Never ever again!!

Have to take the toilet off to flush at times, only 2-3 elevators working at a time, long lines and waits there. Best part was Gordon Ramsey’s burger I guess. Stayed in Vegas 7+ times and 7+ casinos, this may be least favorite
