My buddy, Linda, and I went on this tour in November of 2016 and totally enjoyed the experience. I wish I woul have went on the tour the first day. I learned so much about Vegas from our guide. I highly recommend this tour, but go the first day or two.

We had a blast at the casinos in Vegas and just wondering around downtown. Totally worth leaving the strip for the evening and checking it out!

The Fremont Street light show is a must see! The music really sets off the show. The zipline allows people to pass above the crowd on the street. The casinos are somewhat more liberal than the ones on the Strip, in my experience. Excellent dining possibilities.

We were accosted by at least one person trying to sell us something, which was actually a bit entertaining - she put some ointment on one eye trying to show us how it will get rid of puffiness and wrinkles and you're only supposed to use it once a week. I saw no change this morning :P We ate at... More

Las Vegas by nature is full of over the top and weird things, Fremont Street always has a collection of unusual people with a variety of "talents". It is not a place that we frequent though when friends come to town it is on the must see list. I think the video dome is super cool. I love the old... More

This is the place to go if you want to see old Las Vegas!! We found it to be very interesting. The entire area is covered by the largest Jumbotron in the world. Athe shows are magnificent on the Jumbotron!

Wonderful, vintage, quirky Vegas. We stayed at the El Cortez, been in business since 1941 and is one of Bugsy Siegals (GREAT retro hotel...if the walls could talk lol) also has the loosest slots, several characters out an about ready for a photo op (I met Pee Wee Herman lol), great restaurants anywhere from fast food to fine dining. Las... More

Las Vegas Downtown was the place to be yesteryear. There's still life, slightly cheaper than the Las Vegas Strip. Casinos, motels, shows, dining, Mob Museum. All accessible via the public transit from the airport, no need to drive, just keep paying.

I and my wife visited Las Vegas on September 2016. Our 7 days trip yo LV was a long waited one and it worth the waiting. We had many questions in our mind while planning the trip. I was a first time visitor so most of my experience may be useful to first time visitors. We wanted to cover LV... More

It feels like you're in a different city. That's what Downtown does best and it also feels a bit more relaxed. This is great for the art community and prices aren't high which are great pluses. Having said that, this isn't really a place for tourists and is more for locals to experience a sort of escape from the Strip.... More
