We recently stayed at the Tuscany with our kids (17 and 21). We wanted to stay off the strip to be able to have some downtime away from the craziness that the strip brings. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the option of having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in our room - these are not usually an option we've had when we've stayed on the strip. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was a quiet, chill place to enjoy the Vegas sun. There were three restaurants on site and also a coffee shop.
Restaurants were OK - prices were reasonable, food was just OK. Coffee shop was very good! Lots of options and reasonable prices for Vegas. Great trip!
My only suggestion is in regard to your resort fees. While this is very typical of all hotels in Vegas, it would have been nice to have only had one resort fee charge. We had two rooms (2 bedroom wasn't an option) and had to pay double resort fees. This seemed excessive - one family that needed two rooms.

Terrible experience. I was put in a room facing a construction sight, despite the fact that the property seemed relatively empty. I went to bed at 2 AM and woke up to construction noise at 6 AM so loud I can't drown it out with white noise. The guy at the front desk knew he was putting me in this room even though I asked for a quiet room. He was really a jerk. The casino sucks, the restaurant is overpriced. I wont return.

Do not expect Caesars or another HIGH end Las Vegas hotel. It is not that. I did not stay, but visited rooms of a couple of vendors while at a trade show there. Very nice for the price. and clean, not an issue w the rooms. The casino is really limited as I did not see or find any table games. All the premises were very clean and the MAIN staff was very very friendly and helpful, those inside the SHOPS, could use a little help, but NOT RUDE... better than most. The drinks I received while playing the slots were VERY good. The bloody Mary was better than good. The only food I tried was in Marilyn's.... NACHOS. Did not have much taste at all and while the gave the choices of chicken or beef... it was ground beef (my choice). In addition, there was not much of it. I ended up leaving about have of the chips as there was not enough meat... I eat TX-MEX in Dallas quite often. I would definitely stay there if GAMBLING was not my primary activity. BTW, bring your own cell phone charger, they have a charging "machine" but not a great choice.

Very good dining options. Please bring back the live casino pit and get rid of the Mechanical Black Jack, Craps and Roulette. Very well maintained casino. Very friendly staff and great Players Club. I will return. Photos added.

I will not stay here again. A maintenance worker came in the middle of the night without authority where I screamed as he woke me up. There were also pieces of old chicken under my bed.

A friend told me to stop here instead of gambling at the Casinos on the strip. I'm glad I did. They had some $5 3/2 blackjack. I spent a few hours playing there. I won some the first night and lost some the second. I will consider staying here next trip to Vegas for sure.

This was our first visit to Tuscany. We always stay on the strip but decided to try something new. We were impressed. The room was large and clean. The grounds and pool were beautiful. We lived 365, Marilyns and Piazza. Brenda at Piazza was great and Dan is an amazing bartender. The casino was a perfect size. We will be back in a few months.

Just right. The atmosphere , the space , the service , the food ,the selections of slots to play , the lounge act ( Band w/ singer ) , the fine dining experience and the coffee shop ... it did not disappoint me. I am impressed . The valet was pleasant as well. Security was present and we felt safe. The Tuscany Casino I enjoyed the most ..

Big enough but still cozy. Friendly staff, easy/quick to get drinks. Still offer $5 tables. Certainly good choice for a little gambling without the pressure of high dollar minimums.

This casino features a large selection of slots and BJ tables. The crap table opens at 7 PM. It is a mostly smoking casino with the very small non-smoking area tucked away in a corner past the sports book but no separation from the smoking area so the smoke can drift over to the non-smoking area. Located a short distance from the strip it is less crowded than the casinos located there. Oh if you smoke bring your own cigarettes, saw a machine and thought I would check the price. $13/pack.
