The Spa at Mandarin Oriental is beautifully designed, extremely spacious and elegant. As soon as you enter, you are transformed to a very special place. Attention to detail can be felt everywhere. The massage therapists were exceptional. Very highly recommended!

The venue, staff and ambience are absolutely idilic, albeit a bit pretentious. After spending 5 - 10 minutes filling out my yang & yang + medical questionnaire which was to be used to 'personalize' my treatment the information was obviously not passed onto my masseuse!! - That aside the massage was awesome!! - The treatments are extremely pricey, beware!!!

Booked the 90 minute Oriental Essence massage and replenishing foot treatment. The massage was definitely the best one I've ever had. I really liked that they had about 6 different massage oils to chose from. The masseuse worked out all of the pain in my very tight neck and shoulders, which I thought was impossible. The foot treatment was done... More

We had a couples massage in the suite. This was my husbands first time getting pampered and is for sure no a believer thanks to the great therapists. One off the most luxurious spas I have been so far. We had manicure and pedicures, the view had been amazing but to be honest I had better ones else where. As... More

My sister and I were staying at the Mandarin and were able to head to the spa more than once. We went last year and were looking forward to going back to the spa facilities. I had a facial and a massage two separate days. Both of them were amazing. The massage was the best massage that I have ever... More

We got 300 spa credit from American Express so my wife went for the foot massage and spa experience. She loved it. Vey zen very high end spa. The plunge pools are clothing optional the attendants give you disposable undergarments to wear if you prefer. Very high priced but if you have some credits definitely use them and check it... More

In desperate need of some alone time I ran away to Vegas for a few days. Everything about the Mandarin was perfect but one thing was life altering. I was booked a 90minute deep tissue massage with Susana Barajas (hope I'm spelling that correctly!) I was apprehensive about a female being able to give me the type of extreme pressure... More

Small but awesome Spa. I reserved the 5th rating, simply because of size... The attendants were awesome and anticipated needs I didn't know I even had! Pillow while you lay back in the hot tub chairs? Eucalyptus while you enjoy the steam room... Way to go MO staff!

Atmosphere and service were really nice, however, soundtrack must be changed (especially in facial treatment rooms). Therapists need to provide more in depth information to clients and not just surfaced descriptions, the same applies to the lady who works at the boutique . They have great products but they cannot market it properly.
