Want a unique fun experience that is not gambling or drinking while in Las Vegas ?? This is IT!! Greg leFrancis is owner and seasoned glass worker, but more than that he is a fantastic teacher! Explaining everything. He demonstrates them turns it over for you to do under his watchful eye. He keeps you safe while you soften and manipulate your glass stopper or ice cycle or heart necklace. The first glass you make two pieces. One that is placed in cork to be used as a bottle stopper. The other as a necklace or other. If you take the second class ( you can book back to back classes for same day) you make 3 ice cycle for Christmas tree or other decorations. Third class is heart necklace. Greg teaches so not only do you have a memorable experience but he teaches so you can take your new knowledge and do from your own home (obviously if you get the tools -which I believe he also sells there). Interestingly you can also pay to practice there. Take what Greg teaches you and practice for hour to two or more. We were blessed while we were there with Greg’s father Tom being there and part of our glass experience. Tom makes absolutely beautiful hearts by the hundreds that he passes out during his daily life’s journey!
Interesting note, the classes progress with each. In one of the classes you are taught Eggs. This family owned and community minded business, each Easter, makes hundreds of eggs they hide! Kids and adults get to find real treasures! And this is what experience we had in Las Vegas leFrancis - a real treasured experience!

They offer an interactive class where you watch the master glass blower first, then you do it yourself with his guidance. You will make a couple of small things out of glass to take back home. If you enjoy the class, you can take more as they are progressive to match your skill level. It is a family run business and they are very nice people.

What a wonderful experience! Robert, with the cool Aussie accent, patiently demonstrated then supervised while I made two lovely glass souvenirs. Greg the owner and Tom the other glass artist were super friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this adventure!

My friend and I were looking for something different to do in Vegas. We came upon LeFrancis Glass Blowing Studio. Really enjoyed our class with Greg. Learned some of the basics of using a torch to make a glass ornament. Greg spent quality time with us to explain the process and didn't rush through it. His adorable dad, Tom, gave us a little tour and shared some history. We'll definitely go again during our next visit to Vegas.

Amazing 1:1 class. He showed me how to make each item then walked me though how to make my own. Its so cool to see how glass can be molded shapped and even cut! I was able to make/take 2 items. They had some pre-made items for sell also.

I was looking for something different on our family trip to Las Vegas and came across LeFrancis Studios. I set up an appointment over the phone for a class with my family of four and arrived to a very clean and professional studio. My kids are 22 and 19 so it is always a challenge to find something they are interested in, and they both loved the class so much that they actually requested to come back later in the week! Greg is a great instructor and really made everyone feel comfortable. We each made a simple wine stopper and a small ornament to take home, and Greg showed us what our next class would be by making a icicle that he gave to us as a souvenir. One of my kids actually was so impressed he now wants to take glass blowing classes when we return home. Greg has him hooked on the art. I highly recommend this activity and Greg's LeFrancis Studio.
