- heimlich on the wayNevada, Iowa1 contributionAbsolutly Highly RecommendThe Fountains of Bellagio are an absolute must-see when visiting Las Vegas. This iconic attraction is a mesmerizing blend of music, water, and light, creating a truly enchanting experience. The choreography of the water jets is flawless, perfectly synchronized with an eclectic selection of music, ranging from classical to contemporary hits.Visited June 2023Travelled with familyWritten 26 January 2024

We watched the water show every day when we were in the room plus we turned on the TV enjoying the music during the water show!Visited January 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 3 February 2024
- ryboh94Chesterfield, United Kingdom109 contributionsA True Las Vegas LegendA truly brilliant and legendary show of the Bellagio dancing fountains. Sadly we couldn't get too close to them as they were still removing some structures that were placed there from the F1 but we watched from the footbridge that leads into the casino itself. The shows seem to be every 15-30 minutes depending on the time of day but we watched them at night and they looked stunning lit up.Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 8 February 2024
- Ken453 contributionsNever miss it!A spectacular show set to music of a bygone age. Catch it at least once when I'm in Vegas and can't get tired of seeing it. Unfortunately, the last of a dying breed in Las Vegas. While the strip is becoming an oversized Times Square, lined with ugly high rises, the Bellagio fountain show survives as the symbol of the dying unique character that once was the Las Vegas strip.Visited February 2024Travelled soloWritten 19 February 2024
- ManoloPY79Asuncion, Paraguay739 contributionsbeautiful showOn our first trip to Las Vegas we couldn't see this show so on our second trip we couldn't miss it. We went very early to take a good spot right in front of the fountains. The show is spectacular, water, lights, and music that synchronize perfectly. This is a great free show to see in Las Vegas. You have to take the time to see it, you won't regret it.Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 4 March 2024
- DANIEL SMITHLos Angeles, California3 contributionsMust see!!!The Fountains of Bellagio in Las Vegas are simply mesmerizing. The choreographed water shows, set to music and lights, create a captivating experience that never fails to impress. Whether seen from the street or up close, the beauty and precision of the displays are breathtaking. It's a must-see attraction for any visitor to Las Vegas.Visited February 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 7 March 2024
- Bradley K1 contributionWe were on the 15th floor overlooking the fountains! You can watch the music channel coordinating with the fountains! This is a luxury hotel And if you go, it is worth paying to get a room overlooking the fountains. The music coordinates with the fountains at night on your TV set! Although the hotel is spendy and the resort fees add up! But to watch the fountains for one night is worth it.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 17 March 2024
- Mike K.Ottawa, Canada514 contributionsBeautiful Fountain ShowAlthough we didn’t stay at the Bellagio we did explore the Hotel as well as taking in the fountain show that evening. I believe it takes place every minutes to music and it’s quite beautiful to watch. If you are exploring the strip you definitely need to stop by the fountain to take in a show.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 20 March 2024

We have seen this well-choreographed display of water jets and music many times with family and friends. We always enjoy the presentation which is presented several times daily at the front entrance to the Bellagio Resort & Casino. It is free to pedestrians who walk along the sidewalk on S. Las Vegas Blvd and to those hotel guests whose room overlooks the fountains. The first show begins at 3:00pm and lasts about 15 minutes but you should arrive about 10 minutes early to secure a place along the viewing wall. There are also evening presentations when lights are added to the music and water show. It's an interesting diversion that will be enjoyed by all ages, so set an alert on your phone so that everyone arrives early. Afterwards, you can go inside the Bellagio Hotel lobby to admire the ceiling covered with hand-blown colored glass sculptures. Then you can go into the Bellagio Atrium, next to the lobby, to admire the huge display of live plants and flowers. All of these presentations are free and worth your time.

Having stayed in Bellagio 10 times and always choosing a Fountain View room where you can tune your TV to Channel 22 to hear the music in your room I can say that the Fountain Show never gets old. It was a great idea 20 years or more ago when we started our Bellagio visits and people still line the lake perimeter when there's a show to see. There are 16 jets that can propel water can be as high as 460 feet! 192 jets can reach 240 feet high. In total 1200 jets are used to entertain you-for FREE! Hooray!
Water ballet to music which is loud and clear from speakers all along the perimeter wall. The shows are just one song long but there will be another along in 15 minutes at night if you need another mesmerizing fix. It's a safe place to hang out. Daylight shows are every 30 minutes so you'll likely move on after one.
I like to watch it from the Strip just as much from the comfort of the room high above.
Sharing the experience with hundreds of people who stop to gaze in awe at the technology and the programming. You are up close and personal to the force and the noise of the water jets. You'll be glad you stopped to see what all the fuss about.
The mornings are spent in the daily maintenance of the fountain jets and lights by a team of people in wet suits.

The Fountains of Bellagio are a must see for everyone. I recommend viewing both a daytime and night time show. The concierge inside usually has a weekly schedule with the song accompaniments for each showtime. If you are staying at Bellagio, view from a room is spectacular! However, note that they can be loud if you go to bed before midnight and are a light sleeper.

It’s one of the few free things to do in Vegas and like many other things in Vegas it is over with quickly. 1 song per showtime. To get a reasonable spot in front of people who would inevitably hold up phones for FB live or selfies, and to not miss it - we probably spent more time waiting for it to start.
The music was outdated and felt tired. We saw the water choreography to the Titanic song, and in passing on another eve heard either a bunny hop or show tune.
Presumably it cross-promotes Celine Dione and maybe another show or maybe it’s trying to be non-offensive (would seem ironic for Vegas), but more current music would make the experience better in my opinion.
The water did look like it was dancing to the music, so it was entrancing and beautiful, but better music would have allowed me to otherwise describe it as spectacular instead of just okay.

The fountains are an outdoor free activity to everyone. However, they are on a timed rotation. Check with your hotel or the Bellagio due to changing of times during seasons. Mid week they only run in the late evening, but on the weekends it’s more often. They recycle the water so pro prevent waste. They are spectacular to watch as the water dances to the music

Love the show at the Fountains of Bellagio.
Day time less crowds - nicer at night with the lights.
Highly recommend going up the Eiffel Tower @ Paris and seeing a Fountain show from up there at night - it's magical

Loved to stop every time we could to see and enjoy the fountains, with different songs and lights. Through the day they perform every half hour, at night every 15 minutes. The hotel on the back is gorgeous. Loved visiting Vegas for New Years Eve

When I decided to go on vacation in Vegas my itinerary was composed of free things to do. I didn't want to spend any more than what I was spending. Thankfully, this is on The Strip and it is free. The show runs every half hour and they play different music per show.

This has got to be my favorite part of Vegas. Whether it’s day or night this display is stunning and I love the music. My favorite place to view the fountains is sitting at a restaurant across from it in order to avoid crowds and the possibility of getting damp. The crowds also create pick pocketing, so beware.

The fountain display in front of the Bellagio runs for the length of one song and occurs regularly throughout much of the afternoon and evening - either every 30 minutes or every 15 minutes depending on the time of day.
Water jets spurt up rhythmically to lights and music, creating interesting patterns and making it look like the water is dancing. Crowds gather to see it, so it is good to get there ten minutes or so before the show starts in order to get a good spot. It's a free fun activity while on the Strip.

Hi, we are planning to stay this hotel end of this year and have just one question. Does this hotel offer complimentary breakfast for marriott platinum member?”
Written 30 November 2024
Hi!
do you have any information on how the fountain will be available during October? You will be building a grandstand in front of the hotel to watch F1.
Thank you
Written 6 August 2023
All I can tell you is the fountain run everyday 24 /7. The fountain does shut down for maintenence for an hour or so each day, usually very early morning. Do not know anything about how it will be running during the F1 race.

April 1 2022-I'm reading the Bellagio Fountains are temporarily closed and hoping this is not an April Fools' joke-Are they stopped? If so when will they restart the fountains? planning to visit but will change hotels if the fountains are not running
Written 2 April 2022
sometimes they stop them temporarily if the weather is not good. (it states that on their website) It was storming when we were there in March, and I think they only missed one or 2 sessions.
Written 25 April 2022
Is there a ‘better’ place to view the fountain show?
Written 2 August 2021
Better than in front of it? I supposed you could go up on one of the crossovers nearby and get a less crowded view, but making your way to the fountain AFTER one show ends will usually get you a great view if you don't mind waiting 15 mins.

We have seen the fountains & they’re beautiful. But, how is the hotel; rooms, restaurants etc. now/today after being closed due to COVID?
Written 9 March 2021
Hotels are charging resort fees but you can’t take advantage of the pools and workout rooms without advanced appointments. So it’s better to find hotels without the fees. Staffing is low in number and it takes awhile to get things delivered to room.

Cada cuanto tiempo hacen el show de las fuentes? Ahora con la pandemia están prendiendo las fuentes?
Written 28 December 2020
We have a handicapped person who wants to see the fountains. Where can we park where the walk is not too far
Written 12 October 2020
I would say park at the Paris. It has the best View. To be honest, just park in the paris hotel garage. It is FREE during this covid pandemic. And its RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.😁

Is there an anticipated re-start date for the fountains as Vegas reopens? Thanks!
Written 25 May 2020
Las Vegas is slated to open in early June but expect big changes and restrictions and new rules in all activities. Specifically about the Bellagio fountains, you could reach out to the hotel directly about its re-starting date.
