A bit out of the way in old dowtown Vegas. We went during day time and likely worth also visiting it during night time. That part of town is older but worth seeing, street performers, beggars and the zip lines are part of the scenery.

Fremont Street was amazing! The lights, the ppl, the food and drinks, the atmosphere was the most fun I've had in Vegas. We stayed in the strip and took a cab to Fremont for about $20...well worth it. The casinos were fun, the street performers...More

It is crowded, lot of people on the street to get Fremont Feel. Live bands performances going there. Quite noisy atmosphere. You will find semi naked women here and there, so avoid bringing your kids. Several street performers doing their acts. Look alike in costumes...More

If you are staying downtown, you must check this attraction out—it’s the source of noise that is coming through your hotel windows until 2 am every night. If you are staying elsewhere, it’s still worth the trip. Several blocks filled with light shows, really loud...More

Night time. The street performers are out all day, but the light show and music is mostly at night.

There is no free parking around the Fremont. Going further away may not be good to walk at night. I recommend to pay the $10 and park in Golden Nugget parking structure.
