High speed chair has 8 good runs off of it. Lakeview lodge has a great view of the lake and outside seating. Lodge has very good food and easy access to pick up equipment or fellow skiers

With all the fantastic skiing around Tahoe, this one to me is a Ney. Has some nice views but then again hey all do up there. It's a smaller hill and pretty easy. Just not my style

Tired of skiing where it is SO busy that people run into you all the time? Diamond Peak has great runs with breathtaking lake views without the big crowds. The prices are reasonable...especially compared to Heavenly. They have a nice little lodge/bar at the bottom...More

It was a perfect spring ski day. Prices are reasonable and lift lift are minimal. Crystal Ridge is the most beautiful run in the region

We always enjoy skiing here, although the lodge is small and their ski package prices and eatery costs rival the bigger resorts. Access is easy and its convenient when we stay at the Hyatt.

Do you have a magic carpet for little kids that is open to the public? Do parents need a lift tix to help their kids on the magic carpet?

Response from Diamond_Peak_Ski | Property representative |
No. The magic carpet is only for kids in the Child Ski Center programs. Our Schoolhouse Chair is great to learn on but you both need a ticket.

No place for dogs here, ski hill only, no accommodations for pets or adults to stay, only Hyatt hotel and one motel in town, very few vacation rentals will accept pets, Pet Network will keep pets for day/week/or other......
