We are proud to offer fresh-crafted, locally-made, gourmet chocolate. Our preservative-free treats have been made fresh in Henderson, Nevada since 1981, and most of our ingredients are made on site. We also offer one of the world's largest cactus gardens, which we decorate annually for the holidays and Valentine's Day with hundreds of thousands of lights and festive designs. Ethel M Chocolates is a Mars, Inc. company. You may be familiar with other Mars products, like M&Ms, Snickers, Twix, Milky Way, and Dove, among others. But Ethel M Chocolates is the only gourmet, premium chocolate brand in the Mars portfolio. And it's made fresh, here in Henderson. Stop by!

I have been wanting to see the Holiday Lights at Ethel M for quite a while so I made a plan to go this year. They have lights on every tree, cactus and just about everything else in their botanical garden area. It is quite dazzling. It is not too large so it doesn't take a long time to walk... More

I go to photograph this seasonal lighting exhibit every year since they first started. Never disappointing. Always clean, colorful and fun. Plus it is free. Take your time walking all the paths and enjoy taking family photos and selfies. I've been twice this year and I can definitely tell you that getting there at 5pm, about twilight may be best.... Tired of the bright lights of Las Vegas? Head over to Henderson and visit the Ethel M Chocolates Factory and Cactus Garden, especially between Thanksgiving and New Year's. The cactus garden is decorated with thousands of lights and it is incredible to see, naturally at night. But beware, it does get cold and far too many times I've seen guests... More

The Christmas lights in the gardens were very neat to see. The crowds were horrible, so go in the early evening on a weekday. The factory was open for sales, but the samples they gave us were terrible!

My family and I visited the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory Tour in November 2016 and loved the cactus garden Christmas light show. The Ethel M. Factory tour is located in Henderson, which is just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip. This is a no fee attraction. The chocolate factory tour is basically looking into the kitchen and preparation/packing... More

The chocolate is wonderful if a bit on the expensive side. I wish more had been going on in the kitchen for the tour. Half of it was empty on a Friday morning. I was curious to see more on the making of it. The ladies in the shoppe we sweet and helpful.

We added this onto the trip along with the Shelby museum. There isn't a huge amount to see as far as the factory goes as it is only one wall of glass with notes as to what is going on. Due to the time we didn't see much of the factory in action, just the packing (i'vebeen spoilt with cadbury... More

A perfect little tour of the Christmas lights in the cactus garden. Grab a cup of coffee from the on site cafe and stroll through the garden.

Took our 6 year old grandson. He loved the lights and Santa was the best. So friendly and genuine. I liked that there was no pressure to buy their pictures ( we did) but we were allowed to take our own pictures too. Was disappointed I didn't get to see the factory in action.

We went during the day when it wasn't busy. I thought there would be samples everywhere, but not so. There also wasn't much going on in the factory, so it was kinda boring walking through the inside. I inquired about the tasting experience but decided against purchasing it, as I thought it was too expensive for us to only get... More
