We are proud to offer fresh-crafted, locally-made, gourmet chocolate. Our preservative-free treats have been made fresh in Henderson, Nevada since 1981, and most of our ingredients are made on site. We also offer one of the world's largest cactus gardens, which we decorate annually for the holidays and Valentine's Day with hundreds of thousands of lights and festive designs. Ethel M Chocolates is a Mars, Inc. company. You may be familiar with other Mars products, like M&Ms, Snickers, Twix, Milky Way, and Dove, among others. But Ethel M Chocolates is the only gourmet, premium chocolate brand in the Mars portfolio. And it's made fresh, here in Henderson. Stop by!

I wish I could write a more exciting review but there was literally nothing to see. No chocolates, no machines moving, no workers in the factory, nothing. The best part was the cactus garden. If you want to pay for chocolate you may be better off sticking to the strip and going to the M&M store.

A fun place to visit and tour their beautiful cactus garden, especially at Christmas when everything is decorated with lights ending up in an area for a visit with Santa. Than on to a tour of the candy factory with samples then to the gift shop. Where we couldn't resist buying some of the flavored M&Ms!

Beautiful expansive cactus garden. Really pretty when lit up at night for holidays. Interesting self guided tour of the candy operations with a free piece of chocolate included. Nice M&M gift store attached with lots of M & M choices. Ethel M chocolates gift shop is a bit pricey. I prefer "the other place" for my chocolates.

This was a first visit for my son. We strolled through the gardens and saw all the different types of cactus. Great for picture taking. Then we took the partial factory tour of chocolate making, which we viewed through large glass plate windows, and at the end you had your choice of a piece of milk or white chocolate. It... More

The Cactus Garden is another Hidden Gem. Great for a half hour diversion.....it's an easy Lyft ride but you need to want to go there. Good for maybe a half hour stroll. VERY well kept cactus and succulent garden, with some interesting info. Not sure it's worth a special trip if you are at a Strip hotel, but it's great... More

Rivaling Lady Godiva, the Ethel M chocolate factory and FREE tour is not to be missed! There is a very nice and thorough self guided tour with a gift shop for M&M and Mars candy souvenirs at the entrance and a WONDERFUL candy and ice cream shop at the send of the tour (with a free sample, of course) and... This has become a family tradition with us to explore the millions of lights glistening throughout the trees on the outdoor walkway. Great chocolate doesn't hurt either. Family fun for all!

It's about 20 minute from the Strip and if you like natural beauty and amazing chocolate..... GO!!!!!! There's walkways through the Cactus Gardens and between walking through the whole place and the chocolate factory, it took about 40 minutes total. We had the self tour, which is basically walking along a long wall with windows that show every part of... More
