Can get busy with holiday parks in Kingsdown so close, sand is boggy and lots of rocks on sea bed lead to not so comfortable walks out. parking can be tricky when it is sunny. Rocks are good to climb on for bigger kids as...More

Nice beach for sunbathing or swimming, the Zetland Arms pub is very close by and they serve food, so would be a nice afternoon out, you can see Calais from across the Channel.

I love riding my bike down here and then sitting taking in the views or looking in the rockpools at low rice. There are also great views of deal and over to ramsgate from the top of the stairs.

A lovely walk, not many people ideal for sitting and looking at the sea without disturbance. Dog friendly, good swimming between the groins. Parking not too far away. Spoilt by fishermen leaving their rubbish on the beach, plenty of bins around
