Be prepared for the hike up to the entrance but it was mostly downhill from that. Really interesting views inside. Good tour guide and commentary.

Yes, if they are in good shape they should be fine, the guide gave us plenty of time to take breaks on the way up. I would be more concerned about once inside the caverns, the ground is very uneven and could cause a stumble... More
