Enjoy the Spunky. Expect to walk up the hill approximatel 300 feet. lots of bending over in cave. Worth the stop.

Yes, if they are in good shape they should be fine, the guide gave us plenty of time to take breaks on the way up. I would be more concerned about once inside the caverns, the ground is very uneven and could cause a stumble... More
