Absolutely fascinating. My husband and I saw things we had only heard about. It was great fun. We spent four hours and will visit again when we are next in Polson as I know we missed lots. The volunteer staff were very friendly and happily answered questions.

This is one of the most unique museums I have ever been in before. There are a variety of things to see that you will see no place else. WW II artifacts including jeeps, guns, and uniforms. There is a great collection of classic motorcycles and a few vehicles. There are a few aircraft and make sure you sit in... More

My wide and I stopped by and thought it would be a short visit, after an hour and a half we had only completed the first building. This place has HISTORY in every corner which is something you would not expect from a small town museum.

We parked the car and hubby said should we bother based on the items in the parking lot. WE WERE WRONG! We plan to go back. This was an amazing grouping of memorabilia about the Miracle of America. Since our education system is not teaching about civics we feel all school age children should attend this Museum. In fact, everyone... More

An impressive collection of historical artifacts and curiosities await the MoAM visitor.Military items make up the majority, but there are also plenty of western and cultural items. It's a bit mind-boggling to wander around the indoor and outdoor collections. Hands-on opportunities in the outdoor conglomeration keep children interested, as well as adults. This is an eclectic experience unlike most museum... More

I love this museum. It's a real peice of America and Americana. So many interesting and unusual displays. A weird mix of many things that make America an interesting place. This place is unlike any other museum I've ever been to. Don't expect a usual kind of museum. But it's worth a few hours of your time if you're ever... More
