Great University, it is very nice to walk around, through the trees, along the "Oval" on the old sidewalk. Friendly town, relaxed atmosphere, next to the mountains. You can hike a short way up Mount Sentinel to the "M" for views over the city. You...More

Stunning campus visually, and a top university internally. Plus it is still a bargain. We are proud alums. Refresh in the Copper Commons, visit the art museum, attend a concert or sporting event; it is all good.

I've never seen such happy forsythias! They were in full glory the days we were there. Very walk-able campus. Hope to make the hike to big "M" next visit!

Beautiful campus, lovely atmosphere, close to downtown. If you are fit, or want to be, the hike up the hill behind the campus is a great way to get an overall view.

Those who are looking for an outstanding education in an amazing setting should consider this. Never think that a small state cannot have a world class University. Montana does.

Stroll around on your own or check with the registration desk which is in the food court adjacent to the bookstore. There is paid parking just above the bookstore building at $1 an hour.
