This area had been in two movies. The Revenant and A River Runs Through with Robert Redford. You must hike and see the Falls and walk across the swinging bridge. Follow the instructions of no more than 5 people on the bridge at one time.

A nice falls about 15 to 20 feet high. A short hike from parking lot, which is located on Highway US#2. There are a lot of steps involved in crossing railroad track.

I am scared to death of heights, but pushed myself to cross the bridge. We had a great time and felt like kids again.

Awesome! Thrilling! Didn't like the 5 person limit but understand why. Liked the netting on sides for protection.

From Kalispell to the trail head which is just west of Libby is about 100 miles and easily done between 1:45 and 2 hours. It is definitely worth the trip. Bring snacks and drinks and don't miss going to the falls. It is... More

I saw lots of dogs on leashes. But going over the train tracks there are steps and a platform with sharp edges that I think would be hard on their feet. I wouldn't take my large dog across that.
