Comprehensive collection of computers.

I really enjoyed my brief visit to the American Computer Museum. Their collection of computers and related stuff is very impressive and interisting. Definitely worth a visit.

I think I would have more appreciation for this museum if I had more of a background in computers but it was great regardless. The lady at the front desk was so cute and welcoming. I loved the brain room and the enigma machine. A computer lovers paradise

This FREE museum has the most incredible collection of calculating devices and computing information dating back to ancient times and going through the ages up to the present. There are also robotics exhibits, space shuttle artifacts and an Enigma machine with an accompanying video and much more. There is something for EVERYONE here from little kids to the most cyber-sophisticates.... More

From an unassuming office park entrance, this small but dense museum should be interesting to serious computing and tech fans or scholars, and average consumers who can track the advance of technology through their own lives. A cool mix of historical components and images to modern computers, including such special exhibits as the current "Enigma Machine: WWII Codes." An adult... More

What a great way to spend a couple of hours on a brutally cold Montana day. This museum is tucked away near the MSU campus, and WELL worth the time to find it. Wonderful 5 minute overview by the docent and then you're on your own to read about and see the history of computers, robots, artificial intelligence, etc. REALLY... More

This was one of the best museums I've ever been to! It was fascination, especially to a retired computer science teacher. I always did a computer history unit with my middle schoolers. Too bad Georgia is so far away or we would have taken a field trip here. I love seeing all the old stuff like the room full of... More

I haven't seen anything this comprehensive in exhibits for computers. It was great to find this way out in Montana. The space is unassuming, but the collection is great with good write ups to help understand what you are looking at.
