A well done museum of Military history. Lots of relics from various wars. Several restored military vehicles. And, a real highlight....have you ever seen army helicopters parked outside a VFW and wondered what it would be like to sit in one? Well, here's your chance! They have a Cobra Gunship that they have setup to "fly"! Ok, not really fly,... More

I loved the wide range of things, from little dioramas to flight simulators. It is set in an unassuming shopping center and they really have a wealth of memorabilia packed in there. The docents that work there really know their stuff. They had a restoration project going on when we were there.

Wow! We pulled up to a deserted strip mall and hesitated to go inside. It appears small and not anything exciting from the outside. What a surprise! Ron Cutter, a US Navy Veteran, was wonderful with our 11 year old boy! He taught him so much and was so patient. We could sit in an cobra helicopter, an Air Force... More

Visited the museum and was greeted by wonderful staff. You really get to see a lot of military displays and equipment (jeeps-helicopters-airplanes- simulator plane). Everyone was very informative. You can actually get inside of the attack helicopter and "pretend" to attack the enemy using the 50 caliber guns. A lot of fun and worth the time.

Situated in what looks like a run-down strip mall, this place is surprising. Lots to see out the back - husband and son spent ages looking round with the very knowledgeable "guide" - a volunteer, as are all the "staff". Lovely people - so glad we visited.

I thought this place would be okay but it was much more. The tour "guide" was knowledgeable and there were lots of things to see, including the back room which was loaded! Allow 2 hours and enjoy a lot of military history!!

Stopped here because we saw it in our Route 66 Tour Book. It was amazing to see such a collection of medals, uniforms, memorabilia and military equipment. The helicopters, jeeps, plane, rockets and oh so much to see and read. Our visit was made even better by the very personal attention we received from several veteran volunteers. Very well worth... Almost too much to see, already planning a trip back. Very knowledgeable staff (all volunteers) who seem to enjoy showing off the items as much as did in seeing them. Excellent collection of electronic equipment, uniforms and models of every type. The Cobra and T-33 are not to be missed.

Awesome experience. My son is currently serving and is now on his 7th year and I served also. Both of us Air Force. We really enjoyed the hands on displays as well as the others. There were many children the day we went and all seemed to really enjoy everything. Museum could sure use your donation on the way out... More

Stopped in with my Dad, we are both Vets and into Military History. The overall collection is eclectic and rather extensive. It is curated with care and forethought. It is a nice regional museum but has a few interesting hidden treasures.
