Worth the short walk from the Arch to see a piece of architectural history. Beautiful building still looks impressive 120+ years later. Many other interesting building in the area.

This is a government building that is not open for tours. Take a picture of the outside, the inside is not worth your time.

The building is old but unique in its design. It could use some updating. Be mindful of you time on the meter, the meter maids are notorious.
