The largest mosaic church in the world. Completed in less time as well. Be sure to include the downstairs.

The architecture is marvellous. This sight is a must see attraction when you are in St. Louis. The wall paintings inside were amazing. Moreover we were lucky enough to watch the Sunday mass going on.

This basilica certainly brought some of its inspiration from the beautiful architecture of Europe. It certainly highlights the skyline of St. Louis. An American treasure. The inside of these walls are as stunning as the outside.

This has to be the most beautiful church in North America. Reminds us of old world European cathedrals. Took 3 generations of one family to complete this masterpiece of mosaics. Please go see for yourself

I'm not catholic but the sence of worship is felt just by being there. Mosaics ceilings and walls were absolutely beautiful.
