Simply Amazing. This place could bring out the kid in Ebenezer Scrooge. Possibly the coolest attraction I've ever been to. Too much fun

Would not recommend for young kids. Too chaotic with too many hidden spots! Many other good choices in the city. Avoid this one.

This place is a twisty maze of exploration and fun. There is a cool place in the back of the top floor where you can make crafts, etc.

Can I drop off a 13 year old with a 17 year old and leave them for a couple of hours before coming back for them? I don't want to pay to sit in the lobby or wherever...while they play.

we will be coming down Saturday and Sunday is there anytime that is less busy? I have a 4 year old and I'm a little nervous about the tunnels. is it appropriate for him?

Sunday would be the least busy. With such a young child that is a fair concern. I wouldn't have them go anywhere you are not willing to follow. There is also a area dedicated to those 6 and under on the 3rd floor.
