Take time to walk the area and see the old "ladies" close-up. What amazing architecture. We were not able to tour any of the houses, but will make another trip on their "open" days.

This section of town is full of old Victorian homes however most of them are very run down or have been repurposed into multi-family homes. Right in the center is the Wyeth-Tootle Mansion. Worth a quick drive through.

Hill Street has 3 blocks of old homes that are simply marvelous. I only will they would have supplied information on their history.

This area has some of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen. Just wander down the street and you are sure to see plenty of beautiful architecture. A real gem in St. Joseph and a must-see!
