We spent the day in the historic district of St Charles. We love just walking down the street and window shop and having lunch. The old spice shop is a fun store. We like Lewis and Clark restaurant.

There are plenty of stores with a variety of items. Store owners were friendly. Several blocks of walking but there are restaurants you can stop at to rest and get something to eat. There are plenty of places to sit along the way

Each store has their own hours. Most closes at 5:00pm but there are a few that wants the most out of the day and closes at 7:00pm. And of course the mini-brewery is later.

Sorry. I do not know which bar that could be. Maybe call the Chamber of Commerce (636-946-0633) or the Visitors Bureau (800-366-2427)
