The people are very friendly and willing to explain to observers the technique used for making glass objects. We watched as they made Christmas ornaments for an order of 250 for the Governor's Mansion. It was very interesting! We had a good time.

This place was so much fun. A group went and we actually got to blow glass. We had called ahead for a demonstration. If you have a small group, we had 11 I think. We help to make an ornament. Very informative session. The guys are great. One took pictures of 3 stages and then emailed it to you.

We stopped in while waiting on Pinckney distillery to open. So glad we did. They did a great demo. Beautiful glass and nice people.

We had stopped in New Haven three weeks earlier to see the glass studio and the distillery. The studio was closed for a wedding. We mentioned that and one of the guys explained that he was a "Dudist" priest. That was the first of many interesting stories we heard in between explanations of what the two artists were doing. Both... More

Stopped in at Astral Glass and enjoyed visiting with the local artists. Bought some lovely tumblers. We haven't seen many art galleries in this region, but this one had a nice variety of paintings, jewelry, and silk scarves as well as glass.

We had to visit here and I'm glad we did! We bought 2 stemless wine glass for a great memory of our trip to wine country! Educational and so friendly!

While in this neat river town, I decided to browse through the Astral Glass Studio. I have to give them high marks for being creative. They have glass objects there, like shotglasses shaped like fish and other unique containers that I've never seen elsewhere. All of the objects are blown and shaped in house. If in New Haven, please stop... More

Really had a great time talking to the staff. They are very friendly and really willing to describe the process. They have a seating area to sit and watch them make their different items. Really nice stemless wine glass's. Will be coming back again sometime.

We didn't get to see the artisan at work...the glass wasn't hot enough yet...but he was great to talk to. There are two gallery cats that we enjoyed as much as the beautiful art glass work we were surrounded by...but then, we are cat lovers!
