What a fabulous little course, set on a wonderful piece of land.
This 9 hole little beauty, with 18 tees, will test you and wow you all at the same time.
Andrew, Kylie, and Cheryl will give you a warm welcome in the well stocked proshop, and Josa, along with her staff, will sort your drinks out after the round.
Do yourself a favour and bring your clubs for a hit or hire a set here, but it is a must do for any golfer heading to Norfolk Island.

Spent a week on NI and had to go and play a round.
Hired clubs and the lady in the pro shop was very helpful.
Only 9 holes with different tee positions for the back nine.
Lovely scenery walking around and a relatively flat course.
You can get on the course most days without any hold ups whilst playing a round

We - a couple in our 60's - visited Norfolk Island for a week and played 3x18 holes plus 1 x 9 holes during that time. We brought our clubs with us.
It is a terrific course with a great selection of holes - and was in excellent condition.
We each paid for a weekly green fees deal - approx $95 each - well worth it.
One day we were having a drink in the Clubhouse and met some members after their mid-week round and were invited to join them and they were lovely.
We ended up joining in on the Saturday Comp - Monthly Medal and all - and the Club Captain Kieran (and his mate Tony) played with us. I thought that was a wonderful thing to do i.e. for the Capt to volunteer to play with the visitors. It summed up the club for me - extremely welcoming and friendly. And that continued afterwards in the Clubhouse - and later again that night.
I would love to think we came back one day - we have great memories of the Golf Club, the course and its members

Played 2 rounds here in May 2022.
Pro shop is well stocked and very well managed. We hired clubs which were adequate. The layout is 2* 9 holes with 18 tees. Tee positions make the course interesting, and the natural contours, tree and surrounding beaches etc add to the adventure. The 2nd round we tried to place the ball rather than just 'drive' and it was very enjoyable. Staff in pro shop are great and helpful. Bar is also good with an excellent lookout over the course. Well done NI golf club.

We had lunch at the golf club (didn’t play golf) and were blown away by the amazing meal!!! It was really something special (and unexpected). Only local seasonal produce used and super friendly service. I definitely recommend a visit.

Terrific picturesque golf course with great staff in the bar and pro shop. Lovely spot for a drink while others are playing. Nice chap in the pro shop and many thanks to the local who paid for our drinks when the eftpos went down and we were not carrying cash.

So much history and past uses including a race track green and the Stipendiary Magistrate's former house. A layout of 9 holes with 18 t's and lush fairways and unforgiving rough. Tremendous seascape views- beware the fearsome 120m par 3 4 th hole which has as its boundary gaping rocks and wild seas. A must do experience.

One of the most picturesque golf courses I have been on. Pebble Beach one side and 200 year old buildings the other. Very forgiving course for all levels.
The pro and the lady in the pro shop could not have been more helpful. They had been in drought for some time(I couldn't tell) we have been playing preferred lies at home for years. I thought the course was in great nick.
If you are on Norfolk do yourself a favour and have a game.
Well worth it.

This cafe/restaurant located in the Golf Club was recommended and did not disappoint. We had crumbed fish with salad and chips. The fish was so fresh. Great place to have lunch or dinner.

Hi. Thanks for the review. The girls in the Olive Branch (the golf club restaurant) do a great job. The food is great and it certainly helps to have a view like we do here at the golf club.

I don't play golf but my husband Gordon loves it. If we come to Norfolk Island in early January for a week, can you organise someone available to play with him once or a few times?...just so he doesn't have to play alone.
I don't think he will play if he has to do it alone.
He is late 60s and naturally athletic and quite good at golf (been playing for about 5 years, handicap 21 and in B grade at Woollahra Golf Club in Sydney's eastern suburbs) and loves to have someone to talk to and share the experience with.

Hi. Golf carts are available all days that are open to social golf - however we strongly advise bookings these as there are limited numbers. Let me know if you need anything else.
