With restaurants and stores, it's fun to walk around, but this is the more expensive area, so don't expect any great deals. Someone though, really thought out making it architecturally interesting to look at.

The Country Club Plaza is the oldest shopping center in the country. it is a great place to shop and eat, but even a better place to walk and take in the beautiful fountains.

One of the very first outdoor shopping areas in the United States. A first class shopping and dining experience. Good mix of name brand and eclectic shops. Plan to spend at least three to four hours. Lots of places to sit and watch people.

Spent an entire day on the Plaza walking in and out of hundreds of stores to shop in and surprisingly found some good sales! There's so many restaurants to choose from it's overwhelming. Whatever your taste buds fancy, there will be a restaurant to suit!

There's a reason that they call Kansas City the Paris of the Plains. The fountains around town are many and varied. But I think Country Club Plaza is really great. Fountains, food, shopping, people watching. Plenty of hotels and museums nearby. What's not to like?

You can easily spend a whole day here. Meandering around the replica Spanish architecture and fountains, the high end shopping, and fine dining. It has a special ambiance!
