This winery feels a bit off the beaten track, and was not at all crowded during our visit. We saw their underground barrel room, their horse stables, the vines, learned about the soil and terroir, and tasted six of their wines - all excellent (2 blancs, 2 rosés, 2 reds). We would have purchased a case of wine, if shipping costs weren't so prohibitive. I hope we ca find these in the U.S.

Went to this chateau to get a great bottle of rose. It did not disappoint. The chateau is beautiful and the wine was excellent. Lovely way to spend a few hours in the countryside.

We spent the day touring the vineyards of Le Var. Château Font du Broc was our 3 stop. The property is magnificent and the owners love of Lusitanian horses is front and center on the wine's label and from the beautiful stallions on the grounds. We are warmly greeted in the boutique and are invited to sample some of the Château's wines. The oak aged reds were particularly impressing. We purchase a bottle of reserve. Well worth the visit

The visit was set up by my brother in law. I was expecting a traditional wine cellar visit - but it was nothing like it. We were shown round the property, all rebuilt with recuperated OLD stones and rafters etc. We saw the horse dressage lessons - incredible. The we visited the cellar which is a rebuilt abbey underground. Finally we tasted the organic wine - excellent. Our guide was incredibly friendly and we felt she was sharing information with us as friends, and not just visitors. I congratulate the owner on his drive to build something of value, His taste is excellent, including saving old trees that he saved from local villages. Bravo

I have traveled to many wineries and as a winery goes, it is nothing special. However, seeing how a small winery is handled in France is interesting. The wine produced there is bottled in the most unusual bottles. I loved them so enjoyed that. Can tour the cave like storage area which is cool.

This vineyard constructed from old stone about 10 years ago by the Massa Brothers, is quite charming.
Worth the detour, especially if you are into wine tasting. Great little boutique and gardens.

On our visit, for a Concours of Dressage, we were privileged to meet the owner, Sylvain Massa and his delightful wife, Anne-Sophie. Mr Massa is my new hero. I have never met anyone with such passion for life and such extraordinary vision. He and Anne-Sophie have created something truly extraordinary and beautiful. He is also a wonderful host. The wines are excellent and the tour of the cellar is highly recommended. A very beautiful place.

We went for the afternoon tour with our guide, a lovely lady who I won't try and attempt to spell her name but she was great at explaining and engaging with our group. Good information about the history and interesting visit to the cave where the red is stored. We tried a few wines which were very good and pleased to see everything was done on site. Definitely recommend taking a visit if you can spare a few hours in Provence.

in a splendid setting but....
We were celebrating a friend's wedding and were highly disappointed by the non-existent service, apart from bringing the plates to the table. For the food, it was at the same level;

1/2 Lobster Cocktail was dry on a bed of "pasty" and heavy crab salad.
Beef fillet with morels; the beef was like shoe-sole, over cooked and served on ice cold plate? Red pepper flan was good but the truffle? gratin dauphinois was also overcooked.
Assortment of cheese; goat, tome and Brie, only the goat was to my taste, chalky Brie....
The cheese platter stayed on the table for more than a half hour after finish? No service around the table. Wine service inexistent, the Champagne for the celebration was set on table, guests had to open the bottle and served themselves? The sweet buffet at the end was set in a corner of another room without guests knowing it and therefore wasted....
We had similar celebrations before and I must say that this one is one of the worst experience, a real pity for such beautiful setting.

Beautiful property, elegant and charming. We attended a wedding there and it is perfect for wedding set up. Didn't really appreciate their wine but overall the experience was amazing.
