We visited this cavern with a 2 year old .... not the best idea in the world. We ended up having to carry her the entire way due to the fear of her falling off the steps and straight down. Make sure you wear comfortable...More

Families with infants and small children tour this cavern on a regular basis, and the vast majority of them would disagree with your opinion that this cave is "not suitable for children under 3". Folks who have not toured Talking Rocks Cavern should be aware...More

The tour is about an hour long with lots of standing while the interpreter explains about caves. Many tight passageways. I think they should add a weight restriction because anyone who has a big stomach or large hips will have trouble fitting. The stairs are...More

I appreciated the descriptive word "interpreter" that you used to describe your cave guide! Our guides interpret the history and geology of Talking Rocks Cavern during each hour long guided, walking tour. There are two areas in the cave that guests have to pass through,...More

Really neat experience, liked the history of the cave and climbing through the cave. There are stairs and was a little wet due to the rain outside. It was not as cold in the cave as I expected.
