If you are lucky, they even land ON YOU!!! We took some memorable photos during our summer visit. Because they release new butterflies several times a day, you get to watch them acclimate to their new surroundings and just enjoy their beautiful colors.

Enjoy viewing hundreds of very active butterflies from Central and South American forest preserve areas. None are typical US butterflies. All are shipped in, mostly from Costa Rica, in the chrysalis state, born and released at the Palace. Wear something bright and you will attract...More

We went twice using our plastic bracelets. LOVED the 3D movie, the gift shop, the indoor butterfly venue, the amphibian display, and EVERYTHING! The staff were super polite. We even watched an artist painting a mural.

Butterflies everywhere. Very nice. Kids will love it. Everyone is given a feeding flower, and you just may be lucky to have a butterfly or two land on your feeder as you hold it.

I would allow an hour to two hours to go through with little ones. We give you a wristband valid for 3 days so it is a great option when the kiddos get a little tired then you can come back again if you would like to!

There is a $1 off admission discount if purchased online. Prices at the door are regular priced admission unless you have a coupon and therefore that discount will be applied.
