We don't go to the dam every time, but drive over it at the very least. It's lovely. We have seen it when the gates are open during the flood as well as normal times and my husband having been a scuba diver for years,...More

My wife loves dams and this was no exception. You can drive across it and great views from below. We took lots of pics.

This dam is very tall and holds back a huge amount of water. The lake is very large. I assume it is also very deep in parts. Very scenic overall.

We took a trip to the lake for our Labrador to swim and it was easy trail to get to a small beach area that was private enough for him to bark and swim. Met wonderful people and really love this area

I've been to a number of dams and learning the history and purpose of this one was great. The visitor's center is good but you't really get close to the dam itself.

Spent an enjoyable morning learning about the dam and it’s history. Well worth a visit. The visitor center have well informed assistants and the views from the building are fantastic.

We always stop by the dam in Branson. Great history behind the dam and Table Rock Lake. An architectural marvel.

Coming from Ohio, we were impressed by the size of this dam and it’s power. Worth a turn off the road to view.

Yes anyway downstream of the dam. Artificial bait only. Right where the hatchery exits into Taneycomo is very popular.
