About
See over 45-life-sized dinosaur replicas. Learn about dinosaurs on a self-guided tour. The museum brings dinosaurs up-close-and-personal, from the one-foot-tall, four-winged microrapter...the enormous tyrannosaurus rex, fondly referred to as T Rex. These carefully constructed creatures are exquisitely detailed. That detail is courtesy of talented paleo-artists who used actual dinosaur bones to mold these incredible bodies. Spend as much time as you wish; tours of the Branson Dinosaur Museum are self-guided. Each dinosaur is displayed with descriptive details to help answer your questions about their habits, the definition of their name, and more; it’s the perfect opportunity to learn how different dinosaurs are in many ways from today's animals; and yet still similar. Discover plant-eating dinosaurs...herbivores, and meat-eating animals...carnivores. There are also dinosaur documentary films to watch in the small, intimate movie room. #BransonDinosaurs #BransonMO #Dinosaurs

Great dinosaur displays and information. Worth the price of admission (about $12.50 after taxes). 30 minutes to over an hour, depends on the number of pictures you want to take and if you want to watch the "movies" in the theater. My 19 year old daughter and I enjoyed it.

This place was amazing! The dinos are all life-size and there’s lots of info on each one! There’s a fun activity you can do finding little medallions along the way. We had 3 kids (9, 11 and 13) who all enjoyed this. Our only complaint was that the gift shop is aimed at young children and there was nothing for the older crowd. Saved some $ there!

My whole family enjoyed it. It was really cool to see the dinosaurs the size they really were. My 7 year old was in heaven! He was our tour guide and told us all about the dinosaurs. His favorite thing the whole trip! It doesn't take long to go through it. But it is impressive. It was well worth the entry fee for us. They also had a nice little gift shop that we all enjoyed.

We have children that are dinosaur fanatics and we really looked forward to going to this museum. it was way too expensive to begin with. The displays were not even real, everything was man made. Plus, a majority of the information was inaccurate. We spent a total of 30 minutes in the "museum" and everyone was bored terribly. We felt so mislead by the website. Stay away from this one!!

Tripadvisor charged my Credit Card, sent a ticket Voucher, and when I showed up to use my voucher the place is CLOSED!!!!!

I have requested a REFUND, and Tripadvisor told me that since I didn't cancel 24 hours in advance I get NO REFUND!!!

Tripadvisor is running a SCAM!!!! How can I use a ticket voucher that I PAID for when the place is closed???

I'll NEVER book anything with Tripadvisor again

I booked and PAID for 3 events and ALL 3 are closed, I just wasted my money!!!

My kids were looking forward to seeing the dinos but the museum isn't even open anymore. If you go to their website it fails to mention this. My husband and I kept driving around looking for it unable to find it. The GPS kept taking us to the aquarium instead. I finally went into the aquarium and asked them. They told me that the dinosuar place was hit by the tornado and will take one full year to be rebuilt. I'm wondering if the aquarium is actually located in the building that once housed the dinos. Its where the GPS kept taking us. A little fishy if you ask me.

This would've been great if it was cheaper, but for the price I was expecting more. It was all manmade. We had our 3 kids with us (they were ages 6,2, and 1 then) and none of them were really impressed. It was really a waste of time, we were all really disappointed. :/

Even though I brought my 2 boys, who are both pretty big dino fans, we were through this place in maybe 20-25 minutes at a very slow pace. I even made them finish the 'quiz' they hand out at the door (which just get you a discount to the 'museum' store).

The 'museum' (I keep putting that word in quotes for a reason) is just a bunch of dino mockups in an old warehouse. It would be ok if it were setup in your local shopping mall. Absolutely no atmosphere on anything.

The only nice part was that m boys initially wanted to do the monster asylum next door, but chickened out and we were able to go through this 'museum' instead.

The staff was rude, it didn’t seem clean, nothing interactive. You walk through a dark warehouse and that’s basically it. If it was cheaper I’d be more forgiving. It could be done better. Some changes, cleanliness and kindness would help.
