Great shopping area. Lots of shoppings, mostly high-end (Chico, Apple, Soft Surroundings). Also a large selection of restaurants to choose from (Five Guys, Panera, PF Chang and several local establishments). They have an area that have a dancing fountain area.

Beautiful shopping, dining, and entertainment center. Includes 8 restaurants, book store, apparel stores, specialty shops, Fresh Market, and wine shop. Nicely landscaped with fountains. Hotels adjacent.

This is one of my favorite spots in town to shop. When it's warm, bring some swimming suits or an extra change of clothes for the kids to play in the small splash pad fountain. My particular favorite places are the Fresh Market, Sephora, and Williams Sonoma. Be sure to check the back tables at Williams Sonoma, becuase some of their seasonal sales are really good.

They don't honor warranty claims and force you to buy their AppleCare to fix broken products.
backstory:
i purchased an iPad Pro because the unit I had for several years was going bad and I needed the memory capacity upgrade.
I purchased my new pad in November. By December, the power button was not working and I brought it in for a repair. Correction, you have to schedule an appointment with their tech support.
I get there and they tell me it was dropped and that is why the button broke. Not a manufacturing defect from china? No. It's your fault and to repair it will cost half the price for a new unit. Mind you, it's only been 5 weeks.
they suggest AppleCare so that the replacement cost will be 1/10th.
as I can't fight city hall, I capitulate and agree to their demands by buying AppleCare.
No, they can't fix it that day. I'll have to come back. It's another service appointment. No, they can't replace it them, they will have to wait for the unit to arrive.
when it arrives, the CSR says I don't need an appointment.
lulz on me
when I get there, I'm told I have to have an appointment. No, they're mistaken. And I give them my money and replace the unit.
please note that for a company that is worth a trillion dollars, they force you to check in at the front of the store (there were ten customers at the bottleneck) unless you are buying stuff. It's the absolute worst system for customer service.
the apple store is awful.

This is a great outdoor mall. Great for an afternoon stroll window shopping and killing time before dinner. My favorite shops are J. Jill's, Talbots, I.O Metro, Ethan Allen, the book store, Chicos and Black House/White Market. I have eaten at Peppers and Ruth's Chris. Both are always good. If you have kiddos, they can cool off in the splash pad and enjoy the ice cream shop. There's also a Fresh Market grocery and Somas, which I love. My three year old and I have a great time hanging out here on summer and fall afternoons.

Nice, clean and quiet. There are plenty of places to shop or just sit on one of the benches to read or have a drink. Music plays throughout the area. There are lots of things to see as you walk around like the clock tower, water fountain and flower everywhere. I came across a store named Charming Charlie, there were a lot of unique pieces of jewelry and very cute purses. I enjoyed the open spaces. Nice shopping area, definitely worth checking out.

The shopping area is laid out like an Italian village, along with Italian street names. The shops are, for the most part unique, including the state's only Apple store. There are several nice restaurants, also a Panera Bread and Fresh Market food stores. It's a pricey shopping experience, but one should keep in mind that value is in the eye of the customer, and the people who shop here obviously think it's good value, otherwise they would not.
Two of my favorite restaurants are Biaggi's and PF Chang. Ruth's Chris has great steak (but I'm not a steak fan) and for lighter fare, Local 463 and Another Broken Egg are good too.
For those who think this is too "uppity", well, this isn't the only shopping venue in town.

I work at Cspire which is right at Renaissance. It is a great place to get great meals and the shopping is great.
It has Barnes and Noble which I frequently go to and if I need something unique or very nice this is the place.
It also has fresh market to buy food or flowers which is very nice.

Great Shopping Area! The stores are all upscale, but the best thing about it is that there is an Apple store in the center...the only one in Mississippi.
