The modern Reed house (now museum display spaces) is an excellent example of modernist architecture.Wonderful...More

End of year celebration with friends. Three months into spring and they are still operating on a menu leaning towards heavy winter meals, eg. pork belly, slow cooked lamb. Three different hamburgers on the menu. The waiter began before we ordered to tell us seven...More

We come from small island Singapore and definitely love the open space this property has. The scuptures, trees and grass are the highlight =D

The manager is unfriendly, applies some weird rationale as to whether they seat you in the cafe or not. I enquired what cheesecakes they had, the manager said “berry, that’s all” despite the fact there were at least 6 other types of cakes. It was...More

We only stopped for an hour but could of easily stayed for a few hours. There are 3 museums but they are small with wonderful stories and art. The gardens are also well worth the walk around, however, we did not have time to walk...More

Not what I thought the place would be like at all. A few buildings with very 1960/1970's inspired art. Sitting on a huge parkland, it could be challenging for some visitors. Sculptures outside, lots to do and see, and a very nice cafe restaurant too....More

Picnic lunch would be perfect and there is no charge to go in the grounds. Not sure about dogs but you could ring Heidi and find out. The grounds are large so I imagine there would be no problem.
