This is a "must see while you're in Clarksdale" museum! It took me over an hour to wander through this place the first time I went in 2006. It's a place that I like to return to, because there is always something interesting that I missed the last time I visited, and because exhibits are always being added. The staff... More

This museum is not that big. But big enough! Just right in size. It was like a trip down memory lane. Recognized a lot of the things. I used to have a lot of those records when I was young. In really big museums you tend to(or at least I do) "not see the trees because of the forest". I... More

Stopped by during Hambone festival. Lots of stuff. Bought some sheet music. Friends bought expensive shirts. Owner played card game on his computer the whole time we were shopping.

It's much smaller than the nearby Delta Blues Museum - but they fit A LOT of stuff in to that space. A lot of musicians represented from the original blues all the way to the 70s and 80s. Lots of memorabilia. Nice little gift shop. Worth a visit.

Great short stop but full of excellent memorabilia from both side of the Atlantic. Great welcome too. A must for music fans.

What a place! From the minute you walk in the door there is so much to see. There are different themes in the rooms i.e. Elvis, the Clarksdale room, etc. from 20's to the 70's/ There are some fascinating artefacts and no white space on any wall, they are crammed with posters and LP covers, it is a journey through... This is a must stop in Clarksdale. They have a very nice collection here. We spent some time here and it was great talking to the people there. They also have a great collection of records to purchase in the front.

Popped in after breakfast. The lady at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it is quite a small museum, there is plenty to see for your money. Lots of memorabilia and information to digest. Worth a visit
