We were expecting a museum of naval and marine history but got so much more! This is an actual art museum. Great collections and very friendly docents. worth the admission price and you get a pretty garden and view thrown in!
Don't miss it if you are in Winona! Small but plenty to see and not overwhelming like so many art museums can be! Paintings by all the masters! Excellent staff working that are full of information! Tori told us many interesting things!
