This is a venue that is built for hockey. There didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. We came to see the USA women's hockey team compete vs the Canadians. It was a fun exhibition. There did seem to be a long...More

If you go to a concert in Minnesota, this is the place to go. Aside from small venues such as the State Theater, the sound and seating in the XCEL is the vest in town.

went for a show, and have been here for hockey games. I prefer the lower bowl for seating. some of the upper bowl areas can be a little steep to get down to your seats.

I was at Xcel recently for an event and also for a concert. Both were great. Easy to park, easy to enter the Xcel and go through security, easy to locate seats, no blocked views. I really wish the MN State Dance Competition would move...More

Not a bad seat in this house. Every wild game is electric and the fans are outstanding. If you go there for a concert the acoustics are by far the best arena I’ve ever been in.

The facility is easy to move around in, concessions offerings are good. The seats are a little tight (but I think that's typical of stadium seating), and the sound system was a little distorted (that could be improved upon). But, the facility is nice and...More

Attended a Minnesota Wild hockey game here. Arrive early and just wander around the inside of the building. Great attraction. Great food. Lines weren't too long for food or beverage. I think every seat in the arena gives a great view of the game.

Have attended the X for a number of years since the Wild started here after the void of the North Stars left for Dallas. I’ve sat on the upper decks, private club level, lower bowl, and on the glass. Based on what you pay for...More

Yes. We were there for a Buno Mars concert. Everyone had seats. I think that for the most part, concerts have seating.

I was left of stage, section 105 for the TSO concert. I liked it because the lights and lasers weren't directly in my face. Also because I wasn't in front of the speakers. Easier on my ears.
