Great arena. No evening programs just souvenir programs for purchase. The Wild fans were very friendly. Of course we were much happier when our team won. East entrance with great security. The glass at the ice was unclear. Great support on the ice and in...More

My wife and I made our first visit here for the Frozen Four and we liked it. We stayed at a B&B about 1.25 miles away and it was a bit chilly so we took an Uber there (~$6) and then walked back to the...More

Attended the college hockey championships, Frozen Four. This facility was made for hockey. Great sight lines, ample concessions, clean restrooms. ADA compliant. Paid Parking all aroung the arena. Friendly staff, good wifi.

Went for the Frozen Four. Actually got parking right below the arena for only $20. The sight lines are great for hockey and a large jumbo tron in the middle helps view when people get up and you have to let them go by, Plenty...More

We went for the Frozen Four. Had a suite with a bunch of friends and the most difficult thing to do was figure out how to get to the suite. Five different employees gave us wrong instructions and led us up empty stairwells, including the...More

The Xcel Energy Center is the perfect place to take in some hockey, whether high school, NCAA or NHL. It's a beautiful arena with great sight lines. There's a good selection of concessions, so if you're hungry, you should be able to find something to...More

Average sports arena. Overpriced food and drinks but, as far as the game goes, excellent with big screens and monitors throughout.

The "X" is one of the finest sports arenas that I have visited (and I have visited a lot of them). I was there for the Frozen Four and had a great time.

This was our second trip to this arena to see college hockey’s final four. The games were very good, but the venue was only average. The seats are tiny and very close to each other. Since it IS Minnesota, you are going to have a...More

Long, slow lines for food. Ran out of food in some areas like they did in 2011. Restrooms for men inadequate.

I would avoid those ticket locations if possible . The sound quality is set up to be directed forward of the stage and if there is a back drop you will not see anything of the show except possibly some back stage activities.

Depends on the concert, but typically yes and all rows due to the people in the rows ahead of them standing. Lower level sections on the side have a tendency to stand as well the closer to the stage you are.
