Our family owned Minnesota winery and vineyard is located just South of Red Wing MN near beautiful Lake Pepin. Located just off the Great River Road, enjoy the beauty of the Mississippi River bluffs as you walk through our vineyard and taste our wines!

For generations this area has yielded excellent crops. The sandy soil in this area drains well, making it a perfect medium for growing grapes; and hence, our first vines were planted here thirteen years ago in 2002 on the gently sloping hillside of the farm.

In 2012 we opened our tasting room where we proudly grow almost all the grapes in our wines on the more than 4,100 vines in our own vineyard. When you visit, ask for a tour and we'll be happy to show you around!

My wife and I stopped here and were impressed by the fact that you are literally on someone's property and it doesn't have the stuffy business feel. The wine was tasty and we suggest buying a bottle and sitting on their lawn furniture steps away from the vineyard. Also, this place is in the country and the views are spectacular.

My husband and I visited for the first time this weekend, it was so much fun! From an adorable corgi and donkeys to great wine! It was such a relaxing place! You can bring your own food, explore the grounds, and just chill! Highly recommend Flower Valley Vineyard!

Located on a farm. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great time. The cranberry wine is a must to try.

Staff was knowledgeable but service was very slow. Wines tasted too similar to other area vineyards. Seating was poor and tasting was about the only thing you could do.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have excellent service on your visit. With regard to things to do on the farm, we have a number of games and yard games onsite, and encourage visitors to walk the vineyards and visit the horses that live here, including our miniature pony and donkeys. If the staff was too busy to provide... More

It is a farm......walk in the simple little tasting room building and you forget you are in Minnesota. The wines were great! The server/owner was friendly, entertaining and very knowledgeable about their wines! Great time!

I visited there twice this year, once on my own, and then went back again with my boyfriend. The staff is so very friendly and really informative about how their vineyard got started. I felt very welcomed and included there, and the wine is quite good.

Beautiful little farm...warm and welcoming. We will for sure be going back during prime season when the fall colors are booming. Wonderful wines and had a knew so much about the area so we could keep out mini adventure going. If you are in the Red Wind area check this little gem out!

The owers are brothers Dave and Tom Mohn along with Dave's wife Mary. She has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the wines. As well as enjoying their wines, I love spending a weekend day in Sept or Oct helping to pick the grapes. It makes the experience come full circle. Once you try it, you'll be look forward to...
