No matter one's age, very relaxing for adults, and plenty to do if a little kid. I know, I have been there at both stages in life. I hope this Treasure in New Ulm will always be there...

You can't travel to New Ulm without touring the brewery. It was so interesting and our guide was fun. We enjoyed sampling afterward and the music on the grounds.

Wendy gave us so many details and facts about the family and the buildings on the site as well as how it related to the events of the time (late 1800's-early 1900's). Fascinating to learn how each president of this family-owned company contributed unique ideas...More

Excellent little brewery in a beautiful wooded setting. The tour is just a few bucks and includes a small flight at the end and one pint of your choice. There's also root beer for the kids and non-beer drinkers. Great little gift shop, but spendy.

After the history of the brewery which was very interesting, we took the tour, and ended in the taproom for beer sampling! The ultimate was the 1919 rootbeer!
