We were very impressed by the size and appearance of this cemetery. It was very interesting to look at the different monuments.

The location, near Lake Calhoun, is beautiful. The grounds are meticulously maintained. You can see the graves of Hubert Humphrey, Paul Wellstone, Pillsbury. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful architecture. The chapel building is on the national register of historic buildings. Really a stunning small building. The cemetery is also a wonderful place for a leisurely bike ride.

I would love to stroll around on my bicycle, because it's so large. It's a beautiful cemetery to visit. Surprisingly a lot to see. Right next to Lake Calhoun too, so very convenient for a side trip.

Just loved this place. GREAT memorial services in honor of military. Has lots of events that you can come with family to visit loved ones. Very quiet...can't hear the city noise once in park away from the hubbub of the buildings. Gorgeous architecture and history....More
