Gopher basketball venue. I used to have season tickets ten rows behind the Gophers' bench. Great sight lines. Food is marginally edible, and the restrooms, although improved, could use some updating. Still a great place for Big Ten basketball.

This is an old school basketball arena at its finest. Sight lines in some areas is not the best, the raised floor seems like an accident waiting to happen, but when the score is close, and the fans noisy, this is an experience like none...More

Love this place but I am an alum. This arena is truly one of a kind! The raised floor often intimidates opponents. A great place to watch basketball!

When the Gophers are competitive, the energy in "The Barn" is electric! We were there last season when things weren't going well. The available players made a game of it vs. WI and had the place rocking!

It's an old field house, kinda nostalgic! Except when you're behind a pillar (aka partially obstructed view.) Fun atmosphere.

I was part of the team that installed a sound system that won national recognition because "they" said it couldn't be done. This is an historic venue that has been preserved in a time when many stadiums are being razed. Kudos to the U of...More

"The Barn" is a very old stadium. Bathrooms are small. Paint peeling on walls all over the building. There are a lot of obstructed viewing seating. This might be a historical building and all, but for viewing a game it's not great. Needs to be...More
