This is a great stop for history buffs and families. Interesting to learn about Dorothy and her life in the Boundary Waters. Nice nature trail that we were able to take our dog on. Loved the canoe paddle fence!

Curious after we had sampled a bottle of Dorothy's root beer in town we stopped by to check things out. The guide was very knowledgeable. it didn't take long to learn about Dorothy and tour the cabins and paths but it was a very interesting piece of BWCA history more should learn about.

This will probably only take you about 30 min to see but it's an interesting little exhibit - would recommend to something passing through

We really enjoyed our visit here, didn't know what to expect but found the cabins and history about Dorothy to be extremely interesting. Allow an hour or so.
